Passionate about Appin, Argyll and our West Highlands

Our area, its people and it’s produce are the central focus of Creagan Inn. We are fortunate to be able to live and work in this very special corner of the West Highlands at the point where the Glen meets the Seas by the “little rocks”. As a major point of call for visitors from around the globe we have a unique opportunity to give a intimate and fascinating taste (literally) of Highland Heritage and culture that you won’t find anywhere else. A place where financiers can rub shoulders with hill farmers; foresters with professors; and IT specialists with creel boat captains.

A Spanish tourist once explained to us the concept of “manana; tomorrow” and asked if in our Highland culture if we had any equivalent; after much head-scratching and research we couldn’t find a Gaelic word which highlighted such a sense of urgency!
